Appointment of interim Vice President High Performance

Earlier this month, Patrick Haynes contacted me and resigned from the position of Vice President of High Performance for the Shooting Federation of Canada.  Unfortunately, due to personal, job and family commitments, he was unable to continue in this role.  We wish Patrick all the best and want to thank him for his time and commitment to the Shooting Federation of Canada.

To continue moving forward, the Executive has appointed Lisa Deneka as Interim Vice President, High Performance.  Lisa is a long-standing member on both the Board of Directors and on the Executive of the Shooting Federation.  She has been working with the High Performance Committee for several months and has worked with High Performance athletes and coaches on both the provincial and national level. Please join me in welcoming Lisa to the position and let’s support her work within the HPC as they strive to administer and coordinate a successful high performance plan.

 Thank you all.
