Organization

The Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) is run by a member-elected Board of Directors. Board members further elect Executive committee members from the larger Board of Directors. Executive Committee members are tasked with the day-to-day operation of the federation, whereas members of the Board of Directors meet at least once every fiscal year.

All directors are volunteers as required by the federation’s by-laws and daily administrative tasks are performed by paid SFC office staff. Most directors participate in one or more committees tasked with resolving sport-specific issues and these  committees are also supported by SFC employees.

A full listing of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and working committees is listed on the People page.
