The overall purpose of the NOC is to ensure that an adequate number of trained and qualified officials are available to supervise and conduct target shooting in all SFC disciplines at Club, Provincial, and National levels throughout Canada. The NOC approves officials' licensing at the national level, nominations for ISSF licenses and license renewals, ISSF clinics & training and Canadian officials' assignments to international competitions.
