Are you interested in becoming an ISSF Official? Register your interest here.

Whatever the level of competition, the presence of an official is always recommended. The role of the official is not to simply enforce the rules. Rather,  it is to ensure that competitions are run smoothly so competitors can focus on performance since the conditions of every competition are the same for all athletes each and every time.

Instead of being autocratic, an official clearly explains the rules impartially  and unambiguously to coaches and athletes by drawing from their breadth of experience and knowledge.

If you are already an official :

  • You want to pursue your training and you want to achieve the next level, register here.
  • You have acted as an official in a competition lately : please, complete the Official's Logbook.

If you are eligible to submit an expense claim you can find our Expense Claim Policy and Expense Claim form here.
