NOTE: 

After 2 years, we are excited to say that the CAGP is alive and well, and we all can announce that this storied target shooting competition will reboot in 2022! 

Because of COVID there may still be an issue we may need to adhere to Ontario COVID safety protocols at the event.


The event is welcoming athletes from other countries, despite COVID and we hope there will not be a reduction of international athlete attendance.

We also strongly encourage Canadian athlete participation from all of Canada / Nous encourageons également fortement la participation d'athlètes canadiens de tout le Canada


Attention International Competitors – Additional Information:

  • Visitors to Canada who are bringing an air pistol or air rifle that has a muzzle velocity of less than 500 feet/second do not require permits. However, for additional information on Visitors to Canada please see the RCMP website at: https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/firearms/non-residentincluding information about ‘NonResident Firearm Declaration (Form RCMP 5589) which is required to bring firearms into Canada (velocity greater than 500 feet per second).  
  • The cover page of this document is the general ‘Letter of Invitation’, you will also receive a personalized ‘Letter of Invitation’ when your registration payment has been received. For additional information please e-mail: CdnGrandprix@bell.net
  • Each competitor is responsible for applying and obtaining any necessary travel VISAs and/or equipment applications for entry into Canada and unfortunately CAGP are NOT able to assist in this process in any way.
  • Please be aware, CAGP does NOT use any outside agents to sell registrations and/or VISAs to this event. If someone is offering this service then it is an act of fraud which should be reported and we are in no way associated with such actions.
