Please be advised that SFC will never ask you to send any money via money orders, email transfers, make bill payments or purchase gift cards. Impersonators make convincing claims and use familiar and personal language to deceive individuals who simple wish to help our organization. Any SFC Board Member, Staff or volunteer will never require you to remit money or make any payments for any reason outside of regular, routine methods. We urge everyone to be vigilant and and to keep their antivirus tools up-to-date. These scams are sophisticated and difficult to detect.
