Affiliation Types
SFC offers 3 types of affiliation and insurance for clubs and other shooting organizations in Canada

Option 1SFC Affiliation only
Ideal for clubs and other organizations involved in shooting sports that are already insured. Gets you affiliation with the Shooting Federation of Canada, the national sport shooting governing body that administers the disciplines that are on the programme of the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee and the only recognized national sport organization for shooting sports in Canada. With Affiliation you receive our newsletters, can advertise your events on the SFC website and get discounts for the Recreational Target Shooting (RTS)program. | Option 2Affiliation and Directors and Officers Insurance Gives the affiliation benefits as well as Directors and Officers Insurance. | Option 3Affiliation,Directors and Officers Insurance,and General Liability InsuranceGives the affiliation benefits as well as Directors and Officers Insurance, and Liability Insurance through Lloyd's of London. |

The Law:
Canadian law states it is mandatory for all shooting clubs and ranges to have insurance coverage, and also recommends insurance for any individual participating in the shooting sports.
For individuals, personal insurance is included with any SFC membership, click here to join today.
- SFC insurance period runs from April 1 to March 31.
